Mentoring is normally applied to High Impact Leaders , who need and wish to be agents of transformation of a new organizational culture, whether private or public  or non-governmental.

These agents of change tend to show self-leadership , expand their power of strategic influence , diversify their relationships and know how to deal with politics in organizations in a healthy and purposeful way.

Its innovation power is great and it is necessary to expand its capacity and leadership styles to achieve the strategic objectives of their organizations, diagnosing, engaging, motivating and empowering the human capacity installed in the organizational ecosystem, thus increasing the level of intelligence organizational, the greatest asset of a company.

What is Mentoring?

Mentoring is considered a high-level, more strategic and long-term process than Coaching, and serves to refine your identity and personal governance, map the stakeholders (agents) critical to achieve your success and expand your impact, as well as find your purpose to lead other leaders.

 

How does Mentoring work?  
 

The Mentor helps the Mentee to expand their perception, recognition and power of evolution, through highly strategic and in-depth conversations, with an impact on their roles, careers and lives.

Advanced techniques of oratory, dialogue and reflection are used, with nuances of philosophy, anthropology, sociology, economics, administration, futurism, quantum physics and design, provoking cutting edge themes, through complex thinking, Socratic oratory, empathic listening, non-communication violent and emotional intelligence.

There are also tasks, activities and goals to be fulfilled and closely monitored by the
  mentor.

Fernando Prestes Maia is a linguist and polyglot,  Master Coach  certified by the International Coaching Community and by the Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Centered Coaching, he studied Political Communication at Harvard University and Emotional Intelligence with Daniel Goleman, in addition to being certified in Mindfulness by Google's Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute.  

 

He has more than 20 years of global experience in the United States, Europe, South America, Asia and Africa and for over 10 years he has been advising senior executives and politicians and acting as a UN Global Facilitator and Coach for the World Food Program and for the UNDP in Latin America.
